The company has been established by two Italian partners: Elfor s.r.l. and Emicon A.C.. Both companies occupy an important place on the European market beginning from 1981-1983. Both of them performed large projects in Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Elfor s.r.l is specialized in electrical and low current project and installation works, all kinds of building automation (lighting, heating, cooling, air conditioning, fire fighting automation, general Building Automation (BMS)), fire detection systems, access control, CCTV and communication (data transmission) systems. Elfor has partner relationship with such important production companies like ABB, BTicino, Sauter, Notifier/Honeywell, Cisco.

As usual, Elfor starts a project with the detailed design work, or, if the client has already a design documentation, with the control of the accordance to the international norms and rules. Normally Elfor works according to EN standards, but if needed, performs the design and installation works in accordance with American NFPA standards.

The main references in Italy and abroad are hereby enclosed. Among the latest projects – Grand Gloria Hotel in Batumi (year 2017), where Elfor designed, supplied and installed the systems of fire detection, public address, communication, room automation and HVAC automation systems. Some photo are enclosed, and a visit to the technical rooms of the hotel is possible.

Emicon A.C. is specialized in mechanical systems, such as HVAC, Sprinkler systems, plumbing. For more than 20 years the company is producing chillers and fancoils which are going installed in Europe, in Asia and in Africa. The reference list for the production is enclosed. At the same time, the company has its own design group which elaborates all kinds of mechanical systems and performs the supervision of the installation.

Emicon A.C. has a long-term partnership with Gründfos and Patterson companies which supply the HVAC and fire pumps for the various projects. The HVAC and Fire Fighting systems by Emicon are working in Italy, in Azerbaijan (Eurovision song contest 2012, 1^st European Games 2015, several VIP villas near Baku, Gyanjlik Mall in Baku and other important projects), in Russia – banks, malls, hotels, in Ukraine and in Georgia.

Emicon worked in Batumi as well, together with Elfor, for the HVAC and Sprinkler systems of Grand Gloria Hotel.

Elacqua ltd, being a synthesis of two Italian corporations, has a large group of European designers in full compliance with international standards, the specialized supervisory staff, the partnership contacts with well-known European and US manufacturers and suppliers, and consolidated relationships with Georgian, Turkish and Azeri installation companies.
